Safety Support Services 

The First Nations Safety Council of BC now provides advisory and consultancy services to member and non-member communities, economic development corporations and individuals to help develop or improve occupational health, safety and environmental programs.  General Members receive free needs assessments GAP anlysis and free or discounted services and training.  Associate members qualify for substantial discounts on services and training.

Our advisors are available to assist you with:

  • Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee development and support
  • Site Inspections and Supervisor Safety Coaching
  • Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis
  • Corrective Action Tracking
  • Needs assessment and GAP analysis
  • Compliance with provincial and federal standards
  • Development of OH&S programs
  • Identification and mitigation of existing program deficiencies

All services are customized to meet the needs of our members and developed respecting cultures and traditions.

Safety Training Services 

Working with our in-house advisors and Safe Legacy Partners the First Nations Safety Council of BC is now providing safety training for members and non-members in a variety of safety related programs.  General Members can now access free and/or discounted training delivered onsite or in an offsite classroom setting.  The FNSC-BC will also provide programs customized to our members' needs.
